Beri Plumbing was fantastic. The customer service was excellent. Lina listened to what I was looking for and offered her expert advice on different styles and current trends. After my visit I received a quote of the prices. Lina was prompt to answer any questions and offer alternatives. In previous visits all staff are friendly and helpful. I’ll definitely shop at Beri Plumbing again.

We bought a new tap for our kitchen, as the old one decided it was just going to pack in. The sales assistant helped us find exactly what we needed and she was really helpful! I highly recommend Beri if you need a great quality tap and excellent service.

Beri Plumbing and Hardware is my Go-To plumbing outlet in the Perth Metro area. The team understand service, are highly experienced and will order in hard to track specialty items for client wish lists. Lots of different stock. Good parking set up. I rate Beri - the best in Perth. Doesn't mean I won't shop elsewhere it means Beri Plumbing is always on my shopping list.

Tanina is fantastic at her job. Great customer service. She goes above and beyond to make sure you get the information you need. Young male colleague behind the desk would do well to learn from her. Have purchased several times from Beri and found them to be reasonably priced and good stock.

We've purchased from Beri for renovations and a recent build, and they've always been great. Last week I was looking for a small replacement fitting, and Naomi went above and beyond to find the non-stock piece and contact the supplier on my behalf. Her service was amazing, and it felt like nothing was too much trouble, even though the sale was just a few dollars.
